Mercy Connections Education & Transition Programs offers classes and activities focused on helping marginalized people gain confidence, skills and tools to identify and achieve their goals and move towards self-sufficiency within a supportive community. We welcome Joanne, and Mercy Connections back to the Club - after an earlier presentation with some of the great participant/beneficiaries of the transition program.
